Responsibilities
Coordinate and participate in recruitment and selection activities.

Ensure proper handling of employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
Liaise with external agencies for recruiting efforts.
Monitor HR compliance and report on metrics.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, or related field
Master's degree in HR Management is a plus
Experience
4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
