Job Description

We are searching for a proactive HR Generalist to join our passionate team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will manage a variety of HR functions, ensuring adherence to policies and fostering a positive work culture.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment and selection activities.
  • Organize employee training sessions and professional development.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in future workforce planning and talent management.
  • Ensure proper handling of employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Liaise with external agencies for recruiting efforts.
  • Monitor HR compliance and report on metrics.
  • Encourage employee feedback to improve workplace environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is a plus
Experience
  • 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
