We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our Durban team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent. You'll play a pivotal role in the recruitment process, engaging with candidates and clients to ensure the perfect match.

Responsibilities

• Engage in proactive candidate sourcing and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements.
• Facilitate the interview process and provide feedback to candidates.
• Coordinate recruitment events and job fairs to attract new talent.
• Ensure compliance with all recruiting policies and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment agency environment

Technical Skills

• Talent Mapping

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
