Job Description

We are searching for a compassionate and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of mental health issues and a commitment to providing high-quality care. You will work collaboratively with other health professionals to deliver integrated services tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct clinical interviews and assessments to understand client backgrounds.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address mental health concerns.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to clients as necessary.
  • Assist in developing community outreach programs related to mental health issues.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health resources and coping strategies.
  • Participate in case conferences and contribute to treatment planning processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology preferred
Experience
  • At least 4 years with a focus on diverse populations
