Responsibilities
- Deliver therapy services as per professional standards and ethics.
- Engage in regular supervision and professional development.
- Facilitate community programs around mental health education.
- Collaborate with external agencies for client referrals.
- Advocate for clients’ mental health needs in different settings.
- Monitor effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments.
- Assist in crisis intervention when necessary.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to service improvements.
- Ensure adherence to legal and ethical requirements of practice.
