Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal.
  • Develop customer success strategies that align with their business goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on customer health metrics.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing to drive customer engagement campaigns.
  • Identify training needs and provide resources to assist customers effectively.
  • Coordinate with product teams to relay customer insights for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in preparation and delivery of presentations to clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Identify and escalate issues affecting customer success.
  • Support clientele with onboarding and training for product features.
  • Manage project implementations and ensure client milestones are met.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success management or similar role
