Job Description

As a Parking Enforcement Officer, you will play a key role in monitoring and enforcing parking regulations in designated areas throughout Johannesburg. Your responsibilities will include issuing citations, maintaining detailed records of violations, and providing top-notch customer service to the public.

Responsibilities

• Regularly patrol designated parking zones, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Educate the public on parking laws and procedures.
• Utilize parking management software to track citations and violations.
• Handle disputes and complaints from the public in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with the Parking Management team to develop innovative solutions.
• Participate in training sessions on customer service and parking regulations.
• Assist in collecting data for parking audits and assessments.
• Support other team members in daily operational tasks.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in parking enforcement or law enforcement

Technical Skills

• Parking Management Software
• Conflict Resolution
• First Aid Certification

Soft Skills

• Customer Focus
• Time Management

Certifications

• Valid Driver's License
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
