Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant in our Johannesburg office, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment lifecycle. This includes creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and liaising with clients to understand their requirements. We are looking for a self-starter with experience in recruitment and a strong ability to match candidates with opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit and source top talent across various sectors.
• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication.
• Provide market insights and advice to clients regarding compensation and hiring practices.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve sourcing strategies.
• Handle reference checks and background screening for candidates.
• Organize recruitment events and job fairs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field is a plus
• Higher-level certification in HR or Recruitment is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes
