Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment strategy to enhance talents availability and quality.
• Utilize recruitment metrics to analyze effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Carry out reference checks and background screenings for prospective hires.
• Conduct market research to understand talent landscape and competitive recruitment trends.
• Facilitate onboarding of new hires and assist with employee induction programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Technical Skills

• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with HRIS systems: Knowledge or experience with Human Resource Information Systems to manage employee data.
