• Collaborate with the marketing team on product introductions.
• Create and update documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Conduct training for staff on food handling practices.
• Evaluate sensory characteristics of new products.
• Develop cost-effective production methods.
• Participate in industry events and conferences.
• Assist with issues related to product recalls or safety concerns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in food industry roles
