Job Description

In this pivotal role as a Warehouse Supervisor, you will manage warehouse staff, oversee inventory processes, and implement strategic practices to maximize efficiency and safety in our operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage.
• Implement efficiency measures to improve warehouse operations.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
• Direct and monitor loading operations to ensure proper handling.
• Ensure all operations comply with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Matric / Grade 12
• Degree in Logistics or Business Management is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management

Technical Skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Logistics Planning

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Conflict Resolution

Certifications

• Logistics and Supply Chain Management Certification
• Health and Safety Compliance Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience with ERP Systems: Hands-on experience in using ERP systems for warehouse management.
• Strong Understanding of SAP: Familiarity with SAP systems and processes applicable to warehouse operations.
