Responsibilities

• Investigate and report on public interest stories, including corruption and accountability.
• Collaborate with legal advisors to ensure compliance with reporting laws.
• Produce multimedia content, including videos and podcasts, for digital platforms.
• Mentor junior reporters and contribute to team development.
• Contribute to the editorial calendar and team strategy.
• Support newsroom initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion.
• Foster relationships with community leaders and organizations to source stories.
• Continuously evaluate the success and impact of reported stories.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism or related field
• Honours degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in journalism with an emphasis on investigative reporting
