We are seeking a skilled and passionate Investment Banker to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on financial matters, executing investment transactions, and managing client relationships. Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and manage the relationship throughout the project lifecycle.
• Present investment proposals and financial solutions to clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Support senior bankers in the execution of complex financial transactions.
• Mentor junior analysts and associates within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Additional qualifications in finance are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance

Technical Skills

• Investment Strategy Development
• Client Relationship Management

• Negotiation Skills
• Leadership Skills

Certifications

• CFA or equivalent certification preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
