Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to drive our HR strategy and initiatives in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement training and development programs for employees.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Strategize and manage organizational change and development.
  • Ensure effective communication of HR policies to staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data and HR processes.
  • Participate in developing the company culture and values.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with operational needs.
  • Monitor and manage HR budgets and resources.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's Degree in HR Management is preferred
