Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will immerse yourself in the recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client needs to delivering high-caliber candidates. This position requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Screen and interview candidates to identify top talent.
  • Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements.
  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract candidates.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding recruitment progress.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.
  • Advise clients on market trends and salary benchmarks.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant certifications in recruitment or HR are an advantage

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
