You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and analyzing clinical studies aimed at advancing medical knowledge and improving patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment and management of study participants.
• Analyze clinical data using statistical software.
• Develop study protocols and research methodologies.
• Collaborate with the ethics committee for study approvals.
• Coordinate with laboratories for sample processing.
• Assist in the development of educational materials related to the research.
• Facilitate focus groups and discussions for qualitative research.
• Evaluate and report on research outcomes.
• Support community outreach related to research projects.
• Lead training and knowledge-sharing sessions for staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or a related field
• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) is an advantage

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
