Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our Durban team. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of client needs and a strong ability to build relationships. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective account management and client communication.

Responsibilities

  • Lead account planning and strategy to meet business objectives.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve service delivery.
  • Set and track sales targets for client accounts.
  • Conduct market research to identify new clients and opportunities.
  • Participate in networking events to build client relationships.
  • Draft proposals and presentations for key clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree in Business preferred
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in account management or sales
