Production Worker - Slipman

Job Description

The Slipman is essential to our operations, primarily focused on packing and organizing customer orders with accuracy and speed. We seek dedicated individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and adhere to our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from trucks and shelves
• Ensure all orders are packed to company specifications
• Help to implement improvements in packing processes
• Work closely with other warehouse staff to meet daily targets
• Assist in training new warehouse employees on packing procedures
• Communicate with management regarding inventory levels
• Maintain equipment and report any faults immediately

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Basic computer skills

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift operation experience: Experience operating forklifts is a plus.
• Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems: Familiarity with inventory management software can offer an advantage.
