Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to support our growing team in Centurion. In this role, you will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, ensuring that our HR practices align with the organization's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Streamline the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Enhance employee engagement through regular feedback and recognition programs.
  • Ensure that all personnel policies and procedures are effectively communicated to the staff.
  • Assist in conducting performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop retention strategies that focus on talent development and career growth.
  • Coordinate health and safety compliance and training for staff.
  • Monitor the implementation of HR initiatives and assess their impact on employee performance.
  • Evaluate employee satisfaction and recommend improvements.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate remuneration.
  • Support change management initiatives during organizational transformations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate degree is advantageous
