We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Gqeberha. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be adept at designing mechanical systems and components. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CAD software for the design of mechanical components.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns in best practices.
• Actively participate in team meetings to share progress and updates.
• Stay current with advancements in mechanical engineering technologies.
• Support project bids and proposals by providing technical input.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical engineering roles

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
