Job Description

As a Whipped Topping Supervisor, you will oversee the production of whipped toppings in our bakery. This role requires excellent leadership skills to manage a team and ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the production schedule for whipped toppings.
  • Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.
  • Train new staff on best practices and safety protocols.
  • Lead daily production meetings to discuss targets and challenges.
  • Prepare reports on production efficiency and quality metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
  • Facilitate problem-solving sessions for production issues.
  • Support team members in their professional development.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the production area.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in food production supervision
Technical Skills
  • Lean manufacturing experience
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations

Languages
  • English: Fluent
