Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a crucial role in improving our operational efficiency. You will work closely with production teams to streamline processes, analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance quality and reduce costs. Responsibilities

• Design and implement workflow processes to maximize efficiency.
• Evaluate production schedules and resource allocation.
• Facilitate root cause analysis for production issues.
• Collaborate with IT to implement data-driven solutions.
• Participate in the development of training programs for staff.
• Analyze cost-benefit factors for new projects.
• Report to engineering leadership on project progress and outcomes.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies in production.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a related role
