Responsibilities
Direct all aspects of facility management, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Create maintenance schedules and oversee operational performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
Manage facility improvement projects, from planning to execution.
Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and sustainability within the team.
Monitor and evaluate facility performance metrics to recommend improvements.
Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff.
Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs and initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
Master's degree preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in facilities management or related field
