Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Facilities Manager to oversee our operations in Johannesburg. This role involves leading the maintenance team, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing facility performance.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of facility management, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Create maintenance schedules and oversee operational performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
• Manage facility improvement projects, from planning to execution.
• Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and sustainability within the team.
• Monitor and evaluate facility performance metrics to recommend improvements.
• Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs and initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management or related field
