Responsibilities

• Retrieve packages from specified collection points and check for accuracy.
• Safely deliver packages to customers on time.
• Keep comprehensive records of all deliveries and pickups.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively.
• Adhere strictly to operational guidelines and safety measures.
• Evaluate package conditions before transport.
• Unload and organize packages within the delivery vehicle.
• Work with team members to streamline delivery methods.
• Maintain the interior of the delivery vehicle.
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification

Experience

• 2+ years in logistics or delivery roles preferred.
