Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager in Port Elizabeth who excels at building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your main goal will be to engage with clients, understand their needs, and drive the adoption of our innovative products and services.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Implement customer success strategies and frameworks.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance product understanding.
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to drive improvements.
• Assist in the development of customer success resources.
• Support the sales team with renewals and upsells.
• Track metrics and create reports to highlight customer success stories.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Postgraduate qualification is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years in a customer-facing role, particularly in tech or SaaS industries
