Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for enhancing customer experience and ensuring product adoption. The ideal candidate should have a knack for relationship-building and a deep understanding of customer needs, enabling them to proactively address issues and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer feedback processes to improve satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure the timely renewal of customer contracts.
  • Identify upselling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Foster collaboration with other departments to enhance service delivery.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer engagement and success metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles
