Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage domestic staff, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Develop and manage household schedules, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Handle budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting for the household.
• Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the home, coordinating cleaning staff.
• Ensure safety protocols and security measures are adhered to.
• Assist in event planning and execution for family gatherings.
• Maintain communication between household staff and the family members.
• Manage any contractor or maintenance work required in the home.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
