We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and helping drive sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Communicate product advantages and features to customers effectively.
• Support inventory audits and assist with restocking the sales floor.
• Participate in workshops and training to stay updated on product knowledge.
• Help organize promotional displays and sales events.
• Track customer preferences and provide feedback to management.
• Assist in onboarding and training new staff members.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 1 year of experience in a sales position is desirable
