Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives. You will collaborate with management to develop policies that promote a positive workplace and support employee growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR team in executing recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Develop policies related to workforce planning and talent management.
  • Conduct trainings on HR policies and employee wellness programs.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and act on feedback.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Manage the performance appraisal system and career development plans.
  • Work closely with department heads to address HR needs.
  • Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management
