Job Description

Join our team as a Human Resources Manager where you will play a pivotal role in our HR department. The successful candidate will manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee development, and benefits administration. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about building a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR initiatives in talent acquisition and retention.
  • Develop and manage employee recognition programs.
  • Implement effective training and development strategies.
  • Conduct regular assessments of HR policies for improvement.
  • Oversee the employee grievance process and resolve conflicts.
  • Organize team-building activities to promote workplace cohesion.
  • Foster relationships with local recruitment agencies.
  • Monitor and report on employee satisfaction and HR metrics.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
  • Manage health and safety compliance and measures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Additional HR certifications are advantageous

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience
