Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries in a courteous manner.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions.
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
  • Support customer retention efforts through exceptional service.
  • Engage in continuous learning to improve service delivery.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new team members as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation or equivalent
  • Higher Education qualification in Customer Service or related field preferred
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
