As a Client Services Administrator, you will be the backbone of our client support team, responsible for ensuring client satisfaction. You will assist clients in resolving queries, processing orders, and maintaining their accounts.
Responsibilities
Manage and address client queries through all communication channels.
Guide clients through company products and services.
Provide timely updates regarding account status to clients.

Requirements
Education
Matric certificate or equivalent
Degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in client services or a related field
