Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Training Specialist to join our team in Pretoria. This role involves developing and facilitating training programs while evaluating their impact on employee performance and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training plans that align with company objectives.
• Assess training needs through surveys and interviews with employees.
• Deliver training sessions in various formats including in-person and online.
• Monitor and evaluate training outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR on talent management initiatives.
• Manage training budgets and negotiate contracts with training vendors.
• Implement feedback mechanisms to enhance training quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions among employees.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate training environments

Technical Skills

• eLearning Tools Proficiency
• Data Analysis

Certifications

• Facilitator Certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
