Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project schedules, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
• Incorporate sustainable design practices into the architecture framework.
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure designs are followed during implementation.
• Prepare and manage design documentation and reports.
• Attend client meetings to understand needs and design preferences.
• Provide innovative solutions to design challenges as they arise.
• Work within a team to refine designs and promote collaboration.
• Apply building codes and regulations effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering
• Master's degree in Architecture is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of architectural experience with a portfolio of completed projects

• SketchUp
• Adobe Creative Suite

• Problem-solving
• Leadership

Certifications

• LEED Green Associate
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous
