Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our Bloemfontein office. This role involves managing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of South African labor laws and best HR practices.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance of employee records.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is a bonus
