Job Description

Join our growing team as an HR Generalist in Pretoria. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing HR processes and practices, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting our workforce in achieving their potential. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
  • Implement effective onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Manage employee benefits and resolve employee concerns related to HR services.
  • Develop training initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Ensure audits of HR practices to verify compliance with legislation.
  • Manage employee documentation and maintain confidentiality.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular reviews of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is advantageous
