Responsibilities

• Direct the architectural design process and maintain project communication.
• Integrate sustainable practices into designs for environmentally friendly solutions.
• Oversee the selection of materials and technology for projects.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all designs.
• Document project specifications and maintain comprehensive records.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification
• Master's degree in Urban Design is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in complex architectural projects

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Photoshop

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Team Leadership

Certifications

• Green Building Council Membership
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: Experience working with engineers and contractors on-site.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations: Understanding of the legislation affecting architectural design.
