Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Architectural Designer who will bring our visions to life. This role involves creating design concepts, selecting materials, and working with the team to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to produce cohesive designs.
• Review and improve existing project plans to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
• Prepare presentations and visualizations for client meetings.
• Assist in navigating permits and approvals in the design process.
• Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Stay updated on trends in architecture and design.
• Document project processes and modifications.
• Mentor junior team members and interns in design practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• 3D Modeling

Certifications

• Registered Architectural Professional
• LEED Accreditation

Languages

• English: Fluent
