Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat various medical conditions in animals.
• Perform routine and emergency surgeries.
• Educate clients on preventive health care and nutrition.
• Stay updated with veterinary advancements and best practices.
• Promote animal welfare through community engagements.
• Manage clinic inventory and ensure proper sanitation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualifications in veterinary practice is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in mixed animal practice

Technical Skills

• Clinical Consultation
• Emergency Care

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Client Relations

Certifications

• Certification in Feline Medicine
• Canine Rehabilitation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Behavioral training certification: Certification in animal behaviour training is a plus.
• Experience in telemedicine for pets: Familiarity with remote veterinary consultations.
