Responsibilities

• Lead digital marketing initiatives, and strategize for improved performance metrics.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Optimize website content for SEO and user experience to enhance engagement and conversion.
• Design and implement email marketing campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.
• Analyze data to track campaign progress and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Work closely with external vendors and influencers for campaign collaborations.
• Ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall company objectives.
• Assist in developing the annual marketing budget and planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a similar field
• Certification in Digital Marketing is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role
