Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of sophisticated actuarial models to enhance decision-making.
  • Interpret complex data sets and produce actionable insights.
  • Work closely with external auditors and assessors for compliance purposes.
  • Review and validate actuarial calculations and models.
  • Produce forecasts for future revenue and expense models.
  • Develop training materials and presentations for internal staff.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on actuarial issues affecting the organization.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to leverage data analytics tools.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Actuarial Science or Statistics
  • Fellowship in the Actuarial Society is highly desired
Experience
  • 5+ years of actuarial experience, including risk management
