Job Description

Join our team as a Training Coordinator, where you will be responsible for designing and implementing training strategies that enhance employee competencies. You will collaborate closely with management to identify and address skill gaps, ensuring our workforce is well-equipped to meet challenges. Your efforts will directly impact employee engagement and organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate training strategies and adapt to meet changing business needs.
  • Coordinate special projects related to employee development initiatives.
  • Utilize various delivery methods (e-learning, in-person, etc.) to meet employee needs.
  • Promote and support employee engagement through learning initiatives.
  • Research new training techniques and tools to improve learning outcomes.
  • Facilitate team-building workshops and activities.
  • Manage feedback from training participants to enhance program quality.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders in training.
  • Present training reports to management and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management is preferred
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in a training or development role
