Job Description

Join us as an HR Generalist in Bloemfontein where you’ll support key HR functions, from talent acquisition to policy development. Your expertise will help drive our people strategies and ensure we maintain a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training programs for new employees.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries across HR topics.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation packages.
  • Conduct performance management processes and assist with employee evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and organize team-building activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Postgraduate diploma in HR Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR roles
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws in South Africa

Certifications
  • HR Certification from a recognized body
