Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Administrator to play a pivotal role in managing our healthcare operations in East London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative functions, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and promoting efficient healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure overall operational efficiency in the healthcare facility.
  • Lead initiatives to improve patient satisfaction ratings.
  • Coordinate with external regulatory agencies for compliance checks.
  • Monitor financial performance and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Implement new technology to streamline administrative functions.
  • Develop reports on operational and financial performance.
  • Advise on strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Assist in patient discharge planning and aftercare services.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Foster a positive work environment through team-building activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration or similar field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare role, preferably management-level
