Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
• Provide counselling and therapy services in individual and group settings.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment approaches as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness.
• Document client sessions accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Conduct workshops and educational sessions on mental health topics.
• Stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in mental health counseling

Technical Skills

• Psychotherapeutic Techniques
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Certifications

• Certified Mental Health Professional (CMHP)
• Trauma-Informed Care Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
