Job Description

As a Medical Research Scientist in Johannesburg, you'll conduct innovative research projects that aim to improve healthcare outcomes. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to translate scientific discoveries into real-world applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to inform research directions.
• Collaborate with bioethicists to address ethical considerations in research.
• Supervise laboratory staff in developing experimental plans.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Medicine, Pharmacology, or related fields
• PhD in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in medical research or clinical environments
