Job Description

As a Slot Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our slot machines, ensuring that customers enjoy seamless gaming experiences. You'll manage a team of slot attendants, handle customer inquiries, and maintain compliance with gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the scheduling of attendants and shift rotations effectively.
• Conduct performance evaluations for slot machine attendants.
• Ensure compliance with responsible gaming practices and regulations.

• Collaborate with the finance department to track slot machine revenues.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant tertiary education in casino management or hospitality (preferred)

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing slot machine operations

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in computer software

• Flexibility

Certifications

• Certified Slot Manager (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with slot machine maintenance and repair: Hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting slot machines.
