We are looking for a Lodging Manager, also known as a Housing Director, to lead our affordable housing programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing policies, overseeing management, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
Create and enforce housing operational standards.
Manage relationships with contractors and vendors.
Lead community outreach initiatives to raise awareness of housing services.
Monitor housing program outcomes and adjust strategies accordingly.
Facilitate training and development sessions for staff.
Observe and evaluate property conditions regularly.
Engage with local authorities to ensure compliance.
Report budget performance to management regularly.
Advocate for affordable housing policies within the community.
Create performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of housing programs.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Master's in Urban Planning or Business Administration is a plus
