Job Description

As a Production Systems Supervisor, you will oversee factory operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate has experience in production management and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee production workflow, ensuring timely processing of products.
  • Assess production processes and implement lean manufacturing principles.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure material availability.
  • Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts for production issues.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols.
  • Participate in strategic planning for production operations and capacity expansions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous
Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing
