• Oversee and record financial transactions accurately.
• Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with legislation.
• Compile financial reports for management review.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts.
• Process payments and invoices.
• Conduct reconciliations and resolve inconsistencies.
• Prepare payroll and ensure timely payments to staff.
• Provide support during financial audits.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve inquiries.

• Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping
• BCom in Accounting is a plus
• Xero Proficient in using Xero for accounting.
• Microsoft Excel Expert in Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• QuickBooks Strong knowledge of QuickBooks for managing accounts.
• Attention to detail Exceptional accuracy in financial record keeping.
• Communication Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Time Management Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• English (Fluent)

• Familiarity with financial forecasting: Ability to assist in financial planning and budgeting.
• Experience in accounts reconciliation: Hands-on experience in reconciling bank statements and financial discrepancies.
