Responsibilities
Oversee and record financial transactions accurately.
Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with legislation.
Compile financial reports for management review.
Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts.
Process payments and invoices.
Conduct reconciliations and resolve inconsistencies.
Prepare payroll and ensure timely payments to staff.
Provide support during financial audits.
Manage vendor relationships and resolve inquiries.
Requirements
Education
Certificate in Bookkeeping
BCom in Accounting preferred
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
