Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pet Groomer to join our vibrant team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have experience in grooming various types of pets, including dogs and cats, with a keen eye for detail and a love for animals. You will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services while ensuring the utmost care and comfort for each pet.

Responsibilities

• Groom pets based on owner specifications and breed standards.
• Evaluate pets' behavior and ensure their comfort throughout the grooming process.
• Promote additional services and products to pet owners.
• Perform general maintenance tasks around the shop, including cleaning tools and grooming supplies.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance grooming skills.
• Engage in customer feedback conversations to improve service quality.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Animal Care is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years in a pet-related field, with substantial grooming experience preferred
